Our Enrollment process
To enroll your child/ren in our institute, it is important that they are properly declared and documented as home-schooled students within their school district. If you need assistance with the process of removing your child from their current school and transitioning to homeschooling, please reach out to us at xyayxenrollment@gmail.com. Our enrollment team will be more than happy to provide you with the necessary information and guidance to ensure a smooth transition for your child.

Acceptance
Once a parent is notified that their application has been accepted, a meeting will be scheduled with the student, parent, and a XyayX Institute representative. An Enrollment Form will be completed, and a student Personal Education Plan will be created for the newly enrolled student..
Post enrollment
After enrolling your child in The XyayX Virtual Institute, you can expect a smooth transition into our program. We prioritize providing a comprehensive orientation to familiarize both students and parents with our institute's policies, procedures, and expectations. This orientation ensures that everyone is well-prepared and equipped for a successful academic journey.
As part of our commitment to your child's success, we will provide a welcome package that includes essential resources. This package will contain the student handbook, which outlines important guidelines and academic requirements, as well as the parent handbook to keep you informed and engaged in your child's education. Additionally, you will receive a supply and materials list for the year, ensuring that you have everything needed to fully participate in the curriculum.
For students taking online classes, we will provide the necessary links, usernames, and passwords to access our virtual learning platform. Our user-friendly platform is designed to facilitate seamless navigation and enhance the online learning experience for both students and parents.
