
Our COVID-19 Policy
The outbreak of the coronavirus has become a major disruption to schools, institutes, colleges and universities across the country, with most institutions canceling in-person classes and moving to online-only instruction.

In response to the 2020 COVID-19 situation, we will:

Limit unnecessary visitors into the building.

Screen all visitors prior to entrance.

Require all visitors to sterilize their hands upon entering the facility.

Close off areas used by any person who is sick.
-
Open outside doors and windows to increase air circulation in the areas.

Practice routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces, such as: tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter-tops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

Store chemicals out of the reach of children.

Use Bleach and Alcohol (with at least 70% alcohol) solutions daily for disinfection of our facility.

Limit and/or cancel physical classes during storms, snowstorms, or days of extreme cold.
All staff will adhere to the following requirements:

Undergo daily health screenings.
-
Persons who have a fever of 100.40 (38.00C) or above or other signs of illness will not be admitted into the facility.

Must stay home in the event they feel sick.
-
Sick staff members should not return to work until they have met the criteria to discontinue home isolation.

Must wear mask at all times while in the facility.
-
Must wash and disinfect the hands every 30 minutes.
All in-person students will adhere to the following requirements:

Undergo daily health screenings.
-
All student suffering from any respiratory challenges must stay home.
-
Any student living with anyone with respiratory issues and elderly must stay home.

Persons who have a fever of 100.40 (38.00C) and above or other signs of illness will not be admitted to the facility.

Must sanitize their hands upon entering the facility.
-
Will be provided masks.

Parents are encouraged to be on the alert for signs of illness in their children and to keep their child home when they are sick.

No more than 12 children will be allowed in a room.

Provide students with napkins, to sneeze or cough into and hand sanitizer or working sinks to disinfect their hands.
General suggestions

Anyone with asthma or any other upper respiratory system issues should not be present when cleaning and disinfecting is happening as this can trigger asthma exacerbation or breathing issues.

If you live with elderly individuals we advise you to stay home.

Anyone with any respiratory complications should only participate in our virtual classes.
