Our COVID-19 Policy

The outbreak of the coronavirus has become a major disruption to schools, institutes, colleges and universities across the country, with most institutions canceling in-person classes and moving to online-only instruction.

In response to the 2020 COVID-19 situation, we will:

  • Limit unnecessary visitors into the building.

  • Screen all visitors prior to entrance.

  • Require all visitors to sterilize their hands upon entering the facility.

  • Close off areas used by any person who is sick.

  • Open outside doors and windows to increase air circulation in the areas.

  • Practice routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces, such as: tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter-tops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

  • Store chemicals out of the reach of children.

  • Use Bleach and Alcohol (with at least 70% alcohol) solutions daily for disinfection of our facility.

  • Limit and/or cancel physical classes during storms, snowstorms, or days of extreme cold.

All staff will adhere to the following requirements:

  • Undergo daily health screenings.

  • Persons who have a fever of 100.40 (38.00C) or above or other signs of illness will not be admitted into the facility.

  • Must stay home in the event they feel sick.

  • Sick staff members should not return to work until they have met the criteria to discontinue home isolation.

  • Must wear mask at all times while in the facility.

  • Must wash and disinfect the hands every 30 minutes.
